The flush test shown, using 500 standardised plastic balls, is representative of the overall results from the 13 tests conducted by Geberit. These tests show a flush performance up to 10 times better than the requirements of the DIN EN 997:2018 standard.

How is a WC with TurboFlush technology cleaned?
TurboFlush cleans the WC ceramic thoroughly, thereby reducing the usual cleaning effort. The side-positioned flush openings prevents water from standing and keeps limescale buildup to a minimum. In most cases, this means there will be no need to use a toilet brush.
The matching WC ceramics are also rimless.The absence of a rim or splash guard ensures complete cleanliness, as there are no hard-to-reach corners or edges.
The WC ceramics are also available with optional special glaze KeraTect®. The nearly pore-free and smooth surface helps reduce the accumulation of dirt and bacteria.
Why is a WC with TurboFlush technology so quiet?
During flushing, water enters the ceramic from the side in a spiral motion. This motion allows the water to glide almost silently across the inner surface.
Moreover, our hydraulic experts have optimised the entire water flow from the cistern through the WC to the drain. With the perfectly coordinated Geberit WC system, you benefit from an especially quiet toilet flush which is up to 30% quieter than other solutions.
Why is TurboFlush so water-efficient when cleaning?
TurboFlush’s powerful rotary flush thoroughly cleans the inside of the WC ceramic on the first flush – with no need for a second flush. In this way, you save water with the toilet flush.
In combination with the water-saving Type 212 flush valve in the cistern and the dual-flush actuator, the flush volume is reduced to just 2.6 litres for the small and 4 litres for the large flush volume.
