Cancellation
You can cancel the purchase contract in accordance with the information on cancellation in our General Terms and Conditions within 14 days of receipt of the goods, for example via the above email or the following form.
Returns
If you decide to cancel, the goods must be returned to the address below in their original packaging, unused and with postage paid.
- The sender is responsible for the shipping costs
- Please enclose the delivery note with your return consignment

If you notice any defects in the delivered goods, please send us an email. Geberit will pay for the defects to be rectified or make a replacement delivery.
