From product availability and specification support; to training and sales team availability; to customer and technical support – our teams are working hard to prevent any disruption to your business needs throughout the second lockdown.
Customer and Technical Support: Our in-house team will be on hand throughout the lockdown period working within safe social distancing measures from our Warwick site. Our teams will remain available between 0800-1730 Monday to Thursday and 0800-1700 on Fridays. Get in touch here.
External Sales: The external sales team remain in place across all sectors to maintain good service levels for all our key customers. From design and planning to offering technical advice and training; our dedicated sales teams are equipped to support your business remotely. Find your local sales representative here.
Product supply and availability: Whilst supporting social distancing regulations, our factories across Europe continue to be fully operational, whilst our warehouse and distribution systems have been and will continue to supply products uninterrupted as required. We are working hard to ensure that all our stockists maintain the same levels of supply throughout the lockdown period to prevent any disruption to your projects.
Warwick Office: The facilities management team have implemented a number of measures to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our people, that work at the Warwick office. The site has been reviewed in line with Government Guidelines to ensure the security of our employees – which will continue to remain our highest priority as we face a second lockdown. The site will stay open to a select number of Geberit internal employees and we look forward to welcoming customers back to our Head Office facility in the future.

As this situation develops further, we hope that we can continue to minimise the impact on our customers and partners, whilst continuing to adapt to working together in the ‘new normal’. I am hugely proud of my Geberit colleagues and wanted to say thank you to them for their continued hard work and team spirit which has enabled us to maintain “business as normal”.
