In readiness for the significant changes in our import procedures and documentation from January 2021 we have taken the decision to make some small changes to some of our delivery processes.
Express Deliveries – change from January 2021 Due to the efficiency of our standard delivery times and the increasing popularity of Geberit products in the UK and Ireland, the use and need for our Express Delivery service has dropped significantly over the last 2 years. With effect from 1st January 2021 we will no longer be offering this service as standard. We will however, in exceptional circumstances, be offering Express delivery as a bespoke service. In such exceptions we will provide a quote for Express delivery upon request. The price charged will be quoted based on each individual request and the consignment weight and shipment size. We remain unable to offer this service for lengths of pipe and glass products. The last day of Express deliveries prior to the changes above will be Monday 21st December 2020.
Minimum order charge – change from January 2021 Although our minimum order value remains the same at £300, due to increasing charges passed on from our freight forwarders the minimum order charge (which is currently £10) will increase to £20 from the 1st January 2021.
