Mark LardenManaging Director
Mark is the Managing Director for Geberit UK, but he is also responsible for the Strategic Key Accounts team and the HR team.

“We are a small but perfectly formed HR team, focussing on all things people! This can range from talent development, wellbeing, employee performance, maintaining a positive culture, to resource planning and recruitment and anything in-between. Strategic Key AccountsAlan Lacey, Head of Strategic Accounts
“The Strategic Key Accounts team is responsible for the management of relationships and development of strategic plans with the National Merchant Key Accounts. Primary and commercial contact for the merchant head offices, the key account team support strategic alignment and planning across the Geberit and merchant businesses and are responsible for the commercial relationships with the national merchants. The national merchant key accounts include Travis Perkins Group, The Highbourne Group, Wolseley UK, St Gobain, Grafton Group, UK Plumbing Supplies and Huws Gray.“
Christine MorrisDirector, Finance Administraton and Commercial Services
Christine is Finance and Administration director, responsible for the Accounting and Controlling teams as well as Facilities whilst also recently taking on the Commercial services department which consists of Customer Support, Technical Pre-sales and Technical After-sales
Customer SupportCharlotte Gordon, Customer Support Manager
“The Customer Support team provide all aspects of support to our customers, including order processing, enquiries and discrepancies, and handling of processes such as the supply chain. The team are responsible for; sales orders, managing customer issues relating to logistics, day to day queries, supporting the sales teams, answering telephone queries, re-pricing, stock availability, delivery dates, answering emails and general queries from our customers.“
Technical Pre-SalesGodwin Mgombane, Project Coordination and Estimating Manager
“As part of the commercial services team, our function supports pre-sales activities covering tracking of projects and quotations, preparing specification offers across bathrooms and piping systems, supporting business development activities with our technical expertise and pricing all project business for Geberit UK. With technical and pricing expertise at the core of what we do, we are able to fully support our customers, both internal and external.“
Technical AftersalesGavin Bunting, Technical Aftersales Manager
“We are the first point of contact for any queries which might relate to installed products and warranty claims. This may be commercial customers and end users, and covers our entire product range. We also manage all engineering requests for Geberit service engineers and third party contractors for both warranty and billed requests. We are the first point of contact for any queries in relation to product quality for the UK and are the escalation point for any Group quality concerns.“
AccountingAndy Stevens, Accounting Manager
“We look after the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, banking, VAT & Duty and Payroll for the business. We connect with all parts of the business as our department covers customers, suppliers and staff.“
ControllingTom Cash, Head of Controlling
“The Controlling team has a number of key business responsibilities, including administering agreed trading agreements, processing contract support claims, business control management (financial processes, approvals etc), sales & margin performance analysis and budgeting & quarterly business forecasts.“
FacilitiesLouise Rigden, Facilities and Compliance Manager
“The Facilities team are responsible for a number of functions across the business, including IT, facilities, fleet, health & safety, compliance, quality, GDPR, travel, reception and support to the executive board. All team members have very different roles, therefore transfer of skills across the team is essential to ensure Geberit employees are well supported at all times.“

Danielle is responsible for Product managment and Marketing.
Product ManagementChris Shepherd, Senior Product Manager
“The Product Management team manages multiple product ranges from piping systems to bathrooms and frames. Working alongside our international Product Management colleagues in Switzerland, our core responsibility is the development and introduction of new products to market and defining business strategies alongside the Sales and Marketing teams. We provide technical expertise and training to both staff and customers, offer support to our customers and our sales team on site, and visit our head office in Switzerland as well as our various production sites across Europe.“
MarketingSophie Weston, Marketing Manager
“The Marketing team are the brand guardians of all things Geberit and Twyford across the UK. Working closely with the Geberit Group Marketing team, third party agencies and local UK sales teams - we create, plan and deliver compelling communications to reach a broad number of sectors, including; End Consumers, Installers and Architects, to build awareness and drive sales for the business. From designing in-branch point-of-sale and exhibition stands; to training and e-direct mail activity, to social media marketing and website management – no two days are the same in our team!“
Andy LeverDirector, Project Sales
Andy is director of Project Sales, which means he is responsible for both the Piping Projects and Bathroom Projects teams.
Piping ProjectsChris Morrison, Sales Director (Piping Projects North)
“The Piping Projects team is made up of Technical Sales Managers and Specification Managers, who focus mainly on M&E contractors, installers and merchants in their geographical areas, supporting them with all types of project work e.g. housing, offices, schools, care homes, healthcare settings, student accomodation, hotels, high rise residential blocks and sports facilities. The team work with the complete Geberit/Twyford portfolio on these projects, including Mapress, Mepla, HDPE and Silent-db20. The TSM team deal with BSS, Wolseley, Graham, City Plumbing, Ashworth, IPC and Brian Thompson Engineering merchants.“
Bathroom ProjectsKevin Higby, Sales Director (Bathroom Projects South)
“The Bathroom Projects team focus is in the New Build, Social Housing and Commercial sectors, engaging with Architects, Clients (Developers/Hotels), Regional Developers, POD manufacturers, Contractors and Merchants to create demand for Geberit and Twyford products. There are specific job roles within the team that focus on customers, which include Business Development Managers, Key Account Managers and Specification Managers. Their aim is to secure sustainable bathrooms projects growth within our key and supportive customers.“
Pete DavisDirector, Retail, Trade and Care
Pete is director for Retail, Trade & Care meaning he is responsible for the Care team, the Showrooms team and the Trade Merchants team, plus Key Accounts for Distributors and Online.
AquaClean CareSimon Thomas, Sales Director (Care)
“The AquaClean Care team function exclusively for Geberit within the Disability and Healthcare market, supporting Local Authorities and Social Services. The teams' role is to help with specification and installation of the Mera Care shower toilet by means of home product assessments, installer/contractor training and post-installation familiarisation visits. The AquaClean Care shower toilet is a product that Geberit designed purposely for those with disabilities.“
TradeDan Ward, sales director (trade merchants)
“The Trade team consists of a National Key Account Manager for Buying Groups and six Business Development Managers each with a geographical area that are focused on growing sales through the Independent and National merchant trade counters and showrooms. Responsibilities include day to day interaction with merchant employees at all levels on our Twyford and Geberit product portfolio, the roll-out of bathroom and installation system displays, and to increase brand presence and know-how through product training and events.”
RetailSonia De Gioia, Sales Director (retail)
The Retail team are responsible for promoting and selling the Geberit range of sanitaryware and furniture products into independent retailer sector, predominantly through our three distribution partners. Very often these retailers are family-owned businesses who rely heavily on the support, expertise and service they receive through our team of eight Area Sales Managers. We work in partnership with our retailers to offer them a range of quality products for display and solutions to help grow and drive their business whilst enhancing both of our sales.
