Geberit Lead times & cut offs

DHL Express

DHL Express delivery service is available for Geberit orders that do not contain glass, ceramics, pipe, isol wrap or system rails.For product from Pfullendorf the cut off for ordering expre is 10.00am, orders processed before this time will be delivered the following working day. There is a weight cut off of 80kg

Irish deliveries have the same lead time, unfortunately there is no express delivery available for the Channel Islands.

DHL Europlus

DHL Europlus delivery service is available for Geberit orders that do not contain glass, ceramics, pipe, isol wrap or system rails. For product from Pfullendorf the cut off for ordering is 10.00am, orders processed before this time will be delivered within 3-4 working days. There is a weight cut off of 80kg.

Irish deliveries have the same lead time.

Transco

Transco is for orders over the DHL weight limit. For orders that contain pipe, glass, ceramics, isol wrap or system rails. For product from Pfullendorf the cut off for ordering is 10.00am, orders processed before this time will be delivered within 5 working days.

Irish and Channel Island deliveries have the same cut off but a lead time of 7 working days.

Please note there is a £10 Carriage Charge if order Value is under £300

Twyford Lead times & cut offs

Collections

Orders are required minimum of 1 day prior to collection.
Collection times are between 8:30am - 2:30pm
Collections should be booked in with the warehouse on 01270 871628
All drivers MUST quote a valid reference number to validate them as your representative. Failure to book in advance will result in a delay. Orders will still be picked but customers will have to wait.

Express Service

Express service is 1-2 days. We require express deliveries to be loaded before 10.00am with a maximum weight of 600kg.
Orders must state Express and show carriage charge

Standard Delivery

All standard delivery orders will be despatched using the load plan. Orders are to be processed before 12pm on the date stated on each zone. This is identified by the first letter/s of the customers postcode.Scheduled deliveries are by Zone.
