SHARED AIM - To create mutual sales growth utilising the new Geberit Select product portfolio and Geberit’s presence in the Specification market with theirInstallation Systems. The Geberit Select collection provides an opportunity to combine ‘In Front of the Wall’ bathroom products with ‘Behind the Wall’installation systems, offering a full solution.
TARGET – Bathroom specifications, tenders or orders to place where the choice of product is not favourable to Wolseley, witha focus where Geberit Installation Systems (Frames / Cisterns)are specified.
PROCESS – Forward details to appropriate Geberit contact. Geberit will return an alternative schedule and arrange a contract support document. If the project is new, preferential terms for Wolseley will be applied. If the project is already known to Geberit then Wolseley to be notified and support issued. Project can thenbe tracked by both parties to a conclusion.
ENGAGEMENT – Wolseley and Geberit Bathrooms teams engagefully with regular communication. Regular contact through phone and Teams calls to discuss opportunities and review progress. Further updates included in the Quarterly Supplier engagement meetings. Progress will also be reviewed in Envoy meeting alongwith any other issues that may arise.
