After leaving School at 16, I worked in the motor trade restoring classic cars eventually becoming a senior body technician for Saab and Audi. I travelled extensively in 2000 & 2001, and after returning home I decided to have a career change and so started with Wurth (German fixing manufacturer) as an Area Sales Manager.

I joined Geberit in 2006 and initially had not heard of Geberit however I was very impressed with the company and I felt that this would be an opportunity to get into something big at the beginning and be part of a growing sector of the market.

I am responsible for the East Anglian retail area where I am tasked with growing the business. This is achieved by building relationships with retailers and introducing new products and ideas into their showrooms and trade counters. In addition to this, I manage the day to day running of the southern retail team which includes 5 Area Sales Managers. Describing a typical day is nearly impossible as my role is so diverse... so one day I'm training installers and the next I'm visiting a high end showroom to another day working with a colleague on their area. This keeps it fresh for me and with the ever changing market place we are never short of a challenge!
