A broad, diverse job familiarisation phase is a matter of course at Geberit. We simultaneously pursue several goals with our induction programs. Our new employees should:
- Learn more about the Geberit history, the corporate culture and our values
- Meet colleagues and understand their responsibilities and the Geberit organisation
- Be introduced to products and understand technical relationships
Every new Geberit employee participates in this Geberit Welcome program, which is standard worldwide. Many employees also attend one of our courses over multiple days.
In addition to individual and professional job familiarisation, our employees also appreciate the introductory programs as a valuable tool in their daily work. Our many years of experience have also shown us that this intensive initial support already gives many employees an early opportunity to set up their professional network and get to know the Geberit culture.
